Brightwell Payments, formerly Prepaid Solutions, is a payments company offering comprehensive prepaid solutions for corporations and consumers. We provide marketing, design, distribution, and fulfillment services in support of payroll, general purpose reloadable, loyalty, award and promotional programs.

Our products benefit companies by reducing costs, improving security and strengthening customer loyalty. In addition, prepaid products offer consumers convenient, cost-effective access to the financial mainstream when receiving compensation, making purchases and paying bills. We've helped leading brands in maritime, hospitality, retail, entertainment, financial services and many other industries cut costs, enhance customer loyalty, improve employee retention and streamline cash management.

Prepaid Solutions was founded in 2001 as a division of West Suburban Bank, and was purchased by private equity firm Navigation Capital Partners in December 2009 before being renamed as Brightwell Payments. Brightwell Payments is headquartered in Atlanta, with an operations center in Chicago and offices in Milwaukee and Miami.
